"Gumet" has Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004 certified by SGS. In our activity we apply elements of QS 9000, VDA 6.1 and ISO/TS 16949 (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, APQP).
The percentage of complaints in relation to the quantity of produced articles carried out within last 3 years is 0%. Thanks to it, our customers can be 100% certain that delivered articles will fulfill their quality requirements in all respect.
Measurements
We make systematic inspections and measure controls to guarantee high quality of manufactured products. We are able to react quickly to appearing constructional changes and custiomers' requirements, assuring stability and repeatability of dimensions.
Laboratory
We have our own laboratory to check or to match suitable rubber blend depending on temperature, endurance and environment requirements (water, greases, oils, chemical substances). We have a certificate of National Institute of Hygiene which allows our products to be used in contact with drinking water and food.
Testing of basic rubber's properties contain:
- hardness,
- endurance to expansion,
- relative extension at break,
- relative durable deformation at grip,
- fragility temperature.
Dependending on requirements claimed for finished articles, investigations of supplementary properties of rubber are led:
- resistance onto thermal ageing in the air,
- endurance onto tear,
- endurance of connection of gum with metal,
- resistance onto abrasion,
- resistance onto workings standard liquid: oils as well as solvents,
- resistance onto multiple bending,
- relative suppression,
- resistance onto smoking,
- electric resistance,
- resistance onto ozone working,
- staining,
- elasticity and dynamic properties.
