We have our own tooling-room to produce vulcanization moulds and tools necessary for the stamping of metal insert. To realize these tools we use CAD system and CNC machines. Through that kind of work organization we are able to start new products in short time and simultaneously guarantee low price.

Vulcanization

The process of vulcanization is realized by the method of press moulding.In order to guarantee the greatest quality of products, the following parameters are closely supervised: temperature, time and pressure. By controlling them, it is possible to get different physical - mechanical properties, dependending on requirements for ready - made products.

Stamping of metal insert

We produce metal inserts for bearing seals and for simmering. Our tooling-room permits us onto fast realization of punches and tools to stamping of metal inserts. We have presses with large productivity and possibility of fast charging for new products. This makes it possible to adjust production to the demands of customers.
